Arvind Suresh

Arvind Suresh is a Senior Software Development Engineer at Smartstaff since December 2021, where responsibilities include managing architecture, coding, testing, and releasing large-scale features such as Smartcoins and a customizable worker app homepage, among others. Previously, Arvind served as a Software Development Engineer at Smartstaff, collaborating with various teams to implement new modules and creating a new dashboard using NextJS and TypeScript. Earlier experience includes roles at BlackRock as an Application Engineering Analyst, where significant improvements were made to the internal ticketing system, and as a Graduate Analyst, contributing to operational efficiencies. Arvind also completed internships at Schneider Electric, focusing on Kubernetes, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. Arvind holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computers and Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology, earned between 2016 and 2020.
