Tanmay Bohra

Tanmay Bohra is an experienced business operations and development professional with a strong entrepreneurial background. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Smartstaff since November 2020, Tanmay previously held senior roles in business development within the same company. Tanmay co-founded ELMO, the first service in the Manipal area offering last mile electric mobility solutions, and also co-founded BingeXpress, a hyper-local cloud kitchen in Manipal. As the founder of IndiaRides, Tanmay introduced the first government-authorized bike rental service in Manipal, successfully expanding the service across multiple cities. Tanmay began a career in leadership as a Team Manager for Formula Manipal, overseeing a team that designed a formula racing car and participated in international competitions. Tanmay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
