Heiko Bailer, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the finance and investment industry. Heiko currently serves as the Head of Sustainable Investments & Research at LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH, where they focus on sustainable investing and portfolio optimization. In this role, they have developed new products and optimized equity/fixed income portfolios with a sustainability focus, incorporating themes such as biodiversity and climate impact.

Prior to their current position, Heiko co-founded SmartStamp AG, a FinTech company specializing in blockchain technology. As a Co-founder, they led the development of the SmartStamp app, which combines secure identification and authentication features with blockchain technology.
