Matt Lopez

Matt Lopez has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Matt started their career as a Staff Accountant at Arnel Management Company in 1999. In 2000, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager, where they specialized in auditing and accounting for real estate clients. Matt worked there for over thirteen years. In 2014, Matt joined SmartStop Asset Management, LLC as the Chief Financial Officer for Strategic Storage Trust IV and Strategic Storage Growth Trust II. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer for Strategic Storage Trust II, Inc. and Strategic Storage Trust IV, Inc. at SmartStop Self Storage.
