Sarath Madakayil

Sarath Madakayil currently serves as the Head of Pre Sales for APAC at SmartStream Technologies, a position held since February 2014, focusing on opportunity qualification, deal structuring, and client engagement to address IT and business priorities across various sectors. Previously, from June 2006 to November 2013, Sarath held multiple roles at Infosys Limited, including Team Lead / Analyst, where responsibilities included managing the implementation of the Finacle suite, ensuring quality assurance, and coordinating integration with third-party systems, along with leading a team of approximately 15 members. The career began as a Software Developer, contributing to the development of the customer information file module and collaborating with sales and support teams to incorporate new features. Sarath holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Maharaja Prithvi Engineering College.
