Jean-Louis To serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at smartTrade Technologies, overseeing cybersecurity and IT compliance strategy since December 2023. With extensive experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance, Jean-Louis has held senior roles at Salesforce, where management of relationships with regulators and the development of security strategies for the EU were key duties. Additional involvement includes lecturing at the University of Technology of Troyes and the ESTIA Institute of technology on cybersecurity in relation to cloud and artificial intelligence. Previous positions also encompass leadership roles at Comcast, IBM, and Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, where comprehensive cybersecurity programs and compliance frameworks were developed and implemented. Jean-Louis holds a Master of Science in Network and Industrial Computing and is a certified CISSP professional.
