Belén Romero Hoyos

Belén Romero Hoyos is the Head of Product and Customer Experience - COO at Smartvel, a leading B2B Destination Content Technology provider. Belén has experience managing a team of 30 people and is a member of the Steering Committee. Belén also served as an Operations Intern at Smartvel, proposing improvements and new products. At Port of Cádiz Bay, Belén was an Intern in the Division of Projects and Civil Works. Belén holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation and Logistics from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and completed an Executive Development Program at IESE Business School.
