Andrea Pelati

Andrea Pelati has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2005, they worked as an Analyst/Geopolitic Projections specialist. From 2007 to 2009, they co-founded and worked as a Project Manager at E-Liv3. In 2012, they co-founded Pathflow and served as the COO. During the same year at Homa srl, they held the position of Operations Manager. In 2014, Andrea joined Leven Lab as an Innovation Manager, optimizing user experience through gamification. In 2016, they co-founded Absolute Beyond, where they held the role of Co-founder. Currently, Andrea serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Smartway.work, a position they have held since 2021.

In 2007, Andrea enrolled in Digilie to pursue an Autodesk Professional degree. They studied various software tools such as Maya, Mudbox, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Real flow, Premiere, 3d Studio, and Zbrush until 2009.
