Robert Holte has extensive experience in sales and business development. Robert worked at Smartwebs, Inc. from 2011 until present as the Vice President, where they led the company's sales and business development efforts. Their main focus was on providing user-friendly software for HOAs nationwide and creating a positive work environment. Previously, they were the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Smartwebs from 2011 to 2016. Before that, they worked at PDME, Inc. as a Sales Representative from 2000 to 2010.

Robert Holte attended Austin Community College from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Round Rock HS from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, in August 2021, they obtained the certification "Dare to Lead Trained" from Dare to Lead™ Trained institution.
