Shiladitya Mallik

Shiladitya Mallik has over 17 years of work experience. Shiladitya started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2009, they joined Indian School of Business as the Head of International Business, Executive Education. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales revenue and business growth for all business outside India. Shiladitya also identified new geographies for business growth and developed international clients. In 2014, they became the Chief Business Officer at MobillionLabs - SmartWinnr, a gamified platform that helps teams to be smarter, sell more and stay compliant.

Shiladitya Mallik has a diverse educational background. Shiladitya attended Jadavpur University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering. Shiladitya then attended The Wharton School from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Management Consulting. Shiladitya also attended the Indian School of Business from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a PGBM in Strategic Leadership and Marketing. Additionally, they hold certifications from Toastmasters International as a Competent Communicator and Competent Leader.
