Jonathan Nguyen

Jonathan Nguyen is a Senior Consultant at Smartworks Solutions, LLC, where employment began in June 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Analyst and Technical Support Tier 3 at Counseling & Psychotherapy Center from June 2014 to May 2016. In the role of Business Analyst, Jonathan led projects in collaboration with the Company President, CFO, and Directors to enhance a homegrown billing application and was responsible for debugging and quality assurance of new features. The position of Technical Support involved providing comprehensive help desk support and technical training, along with creating a knowledge resource for end-users. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from UMass Boston, earned between 2010 and 2015, and completed high school at North Reading High School from 2006 to 2010.
