Neetish Sarda

Neetish Sarda is the Founder of Smartworks, India’s largest provider of Enterprise-focused Managed and Flexible office spaces.

Founded in 2016, Smartworks is redefining the Indian office experience by leveraging its robust phygital platform to deliver tech-enabled, tastefully designed, fully serviced, flexible and affordable workspaces. With over ~7+ million sq. ft. under management, across 38+ locations in 11 cities (Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune), Smartworks caters to more than 400 organizations across Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, SMEs and established unicorns/start-ups.

In the initial days of his career, he was inducted into the large family business in West Bengal with a strong employee base of 50000. During his tenure, he got hands-on exposure to the Group’s manufacturing units, real estate and IT divisions which gave him a broader perspective on every aspect of the business.

Neetish has also worked with two major real estate developers - Space Group and PS Group in the past. Before his entrepreneurial journey, Neetish had a very rewarding stint with Vision Comptech Integrators Ltd. as their Director of Business Development.

Neetish is a graduate from SIM Global Education, Singapore, in finance and holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from Purdue University, Indiana.
