Gaurav Nanarao Gulhane

Gaurav Nanarao Gulhane is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Manager-PMO at Smartworld Developers since February 2023, Gaurav previously held the position of Assistant Manager-Projects at Stellar Group from March 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included project planning, budgeting, and progress monitoring for various projects in Noida. Prior to this, Gaurav worked as a Management Intern at Fidesto Projects Private Limited in 2017 and as Senior Engineer-Civil at Utkal Alumina International Ltd. from July 2012 to August 2016, managing site execution and project reporting for significant construction projects. Gaurav holds an MBA in Project Management from NICMAR University and a BTech in Civil Engineering from COEP Technological University, alongside a diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic Yavatmal.
