Michele Paylor

Michele Paylor has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Michele began their career in 2004 as a Project Manager at PFPC, a Subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group. In this role, they conducted analyses, reporting and project management in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities. Michele also managed all aspects of a project from initiation to completion and was responsible for leading cross-functional teams that are focused on managing aspects of the project/program to ensure on-time completion according to specification and budgeted costs. In 2010, Michele joined BNY Mellon | Pershing as a Product Manager, Pershing X. In this role, they led and provided direction on product development and marketing processes for multiple large products. Michele also liaised with cross-functional teams to provide products that address client needs, led sessions on design and development of product marketing strategies, and ensured projects were on time and on budget. In 2022, Michele joined SMArtX Advisory Solutions as a Product Manager.

Michele Paylor received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Penn State University between 2000 and 2004. In 2021, they obtained their Series 7 certification from FINRA. In 2019, they obtained their Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management. In 2011, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from BMGI.
