Scholcz András began their work experience in 1984 as an Operator at Szamalk-Infonet Ltd. Scholcz then became a shop manager at Computer-M MicroAge store in 1991. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as a sales representative and later as a sales manager at Infoland Ltd. During this time, they developed sales and marketing strategies, managed sales and marketing activities, and worked on corporate infrastructure and system integration projects. From 2001 to 2007, they worked as a key account manager at Duna Elektronika Ltd. In 2007, they joined ALPHANET Information Technology Inc. as a key account manager, selling IT solutions and managing relationships with key partners. In 2018, they became the Business Manager for Cloud Solutions & Inside Operation at ALPHANET, where they led and coordinated inside system development and participated in business development. Lastly, in 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at SmartX Solutions.

Scholcz András obtained a degree in System Organizer (IT) from SZÁMALK between the years 1988 and 1991. Additionally, they obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Sales Certified - Enterprise Solutions from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2016, Microsoft Sales Specialist from Microsoft in 2013, Accredited Sales Professional - HP Imaging and Printing Supplies from HP in 2013, IBM Sales Professional - IBM Tivoli Automation from IBM in 2012, and IBM Solution Sales Professional IBM Rational Appscan from IBM in 2012.
