Tim Rogers is a Senior Manager Service Operations at SMARTY Mobile, responsible for IT service strategy, operational excellence, and leading BAU operations. Previously, Tim was a Lead Service Owner at Three, managing the IT stack and driving service maturity and strategy. Tim also served as a Service Owner and Service Transition Manager at Three, focusing on IT service performance and business readiness. Prior to that, Tim worked at Vodafone as an IT Change, Incident, and Problem Manager, and as an IT Service Manager.
