Elizaveta Bondarenko

Elizaveta Bondarenko has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Elizaveta currently works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SmartyAds since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a Technical Recruiter at Inoxoft from February 2022 to November 2022. Elizaveta also worked as an IT Recruiter at King's Choice from February 2021 to February 2022. Elizaveta has extensive experience as an IT recruiter, having worked at RecruitPro, LLC from April 2019 to February 2021, recruiting various software developers, web developers, database developers, support analysts and engineers, program and project managers. Elizaveta conducted interviews with candidates, assessed their skills and knowledge, and maintained communication with customers. Before that, Elizaveta worked as an IT Recruiter at BrainCombinator from October 2014 to 2017 and at PSR from September 2013 to October 2014.

Elizaveta Bondarenko obtained their Master's degree in Finance from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2009 and 2013.
