Slawomir Kroczak

Slawomir Kroczak has a diverse work experience. Slawomir is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of SmartyMeet, starting from January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Synthrone since November 2020, responsible for the product vision and strategy, managing product development teams, and overseeing all product-related activities. Slawomir also held the role of Head of Research and Development at Saatchi & Saatchi from February 2016 to October 2016, where they developed concepts and solutions and coordinated with stakeholders. Slawomir previously worked as the Head of eCommerce Technology, eCommerce Technical Lead, and eCommerce Web Developer at Saatchi & Saatchi, where they gained experience in project management, technical leadership, and web development. Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi, Slawomir worked as a Front-End Developer at Interactive Solutions EMEA partner of Saatchi & Saatchi. Slawomir also has experience as a Front-End/Web Developer and Freelancer for various companies from June 2008 to October 2012.

Slawomir Kroczak has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Zielona Góra and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication with a 2.1 distinction in 2008.

After gaining foundational knowledge in the field of telecommunication, they pursued further studies. From 2018 to 2019, Slawomir attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they completed postgraduate studies in Effective IT Management.

In 2020, they continued their postgraduate studies at Kozminski University, focusing on the Law of Modern Technologies.

In addition to their formal education, Slawomir Kroczak has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Slawomir achieved the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2019, and they earned multiple certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2019. These include the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate, and Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate certifications. Slawomir also obtained the NGINX Web Server Deep Dive certification from Linux Academy in April 2020.
