Kat Stepanek

Katherine (Kat) Stepanek is an experienced investor currently with Smash Capital since October 2023. Previous roles include serving as a Board Observer at SUPER73, Inc. and holding positions as an Associate and Analyst at Volition Capital from August 2020 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Venture Fund Analyst at Motley Fool Ventures in 2019. Katherine holds a degree from Babson College, obtained between 2016 and 2020, and also participated in the General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2018-2019.
