Ambar Gutierrez

Ambar Gutierrez is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology and education. Currently serving as a Training and Implementation Specialist at SMASH since March 2024, Ambar also holds the position of Site Lead at Girls Who Code, where responsibilities include conducting virtual classroom observations and facilitating weekly progress meetings. Previously, Ambar was a Lead Instructor and Program Manager at Code Nation, managing programs in schools and corporate settings from August 2021 to July 2023. Early career experience includes a Fullstack Developer fellowship at C4Q and organizing events for Language Exchange. Ambar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Baruch College, along with an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from LaGuardia Community College.
