Jean-Francois Lacroux

Jean-François Lacroux has extensive experience in leadership and project management within the public sector, specifically in transportation and urban development. Currently serving as the Directeur général at Tisséo Ingénierie since March 2021, Jean-François oversees significant mobility projects for the Toulouse metropolitan area, managing a team of 94. Prior to this role, Jean-François held the position of Directeur général at Séquano résidentiel, focusing on real estate development, and also served as Directeur général adjoint at Séquano, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of urban planning and construction projects. Additional experience includes leadership roles at STIF, where Jean-François directed major public transport projects, and advisory positions at the Ministère de l'Environnement and the Ministère des Affaires étrangères. Jean-François began a career in the Ministère de l'Equipement, holding various roles that involved infrastructure management and organizational change. Jean-François is an alumnus of the Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat.
