Lawrence Flor

Lawrence Flor is an accomplished professional specializing in program and project management, with extensive experience in providing leadership and integrated program management solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Leadership at SMA, Inc. since October 2010, Lawrence focuses on delivering tailored solutions to clients managing government contracts, leveraging proven methodologies such as earned value management. Prior to this role, Lawrence worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from March 2005 to February 2011 as an Associate Level III, where responsibilities included developing PMO architectures and supporting the establishment of project management offices for NASA's various centers.
