Alisa Gusterer

Alisa Gusterer has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Alisa began their career as a Resident Advisor for Virginia Tech Housing and Residence Life in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Large Animal Husbandry Technician for the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. In 2014, they were a Research Assistant for Virginia Tech. In 2016, they were an English Language Instructor for the Ministerio de Educación, España. In 2018, they were a Program Leader for Rustic Pathways. In 2019, they worked as an Inside Sales Specialist for A1 Telekom Austria AG and held multiple roles at smaXtec, including Vice President, Business Development Manager, Distribution Partner Manager, and Customer Success Representative.

Alisa Gusterer graduated from Virginia Tech in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Animal and Poultry Sciences. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities from LinkedIn.
