Teresa Fritz has a diverse work experience beginning in 2010 when they worked as a waitress at Halterhütte. In 2013, they were a summer intern at the Ombud for Equal Treatment, an administrative assistant at the University of Graz's Office of International Relations, and a lecturer for International Law at YourTARGET. In 2014, they were an intern at Advantage Austria in Chicago and an assistant of the assistant of the head of department and administrative assistant at the University of Graz's Office of International Relations. In 2015, they were a court clerk at the Higher Regional Court Graz. In 2016, they were a research study assistant at the University of Graz. In 2018, they were an intern at the Anti-Discrimination Office Styria. Since 2019, they have been an operations manager, operations and order management, and management assistant at smaXtec.
Teresa Fritz obtained a Magister in Law from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz between 2008 and 2015. Teresa then spent 2012 studying Political Science at North Carolina State University as part of a study abroad program. In 2017, they completed their Master's degree in Global Studies at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz.
