Alan started their career as a staff accountant at Colgate Palmolive, before moving into the banking sector. Alan held positions at Bank of America, Citibank, and BNY Mellon, where they were responsible for underwriting and proposing syndication deals for Fortune 500 clients. In their current role at SMB Compass, Alan is responsible for helping small businesses grow and succeed. Alan is an expert in the field of asset-based lending and has a proven track record of success.

Alan Lyster has a BBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Pace University, and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
