Elaine Collins is currently the Head of Customer Operations & IT at SMBC Aviation Capital and also holds the position of Head of Information & Technology at Vation Ventures. Prior to their current roles, Elaine was the Senior Director of IT Delivery & Transformation at Athora. Elaine also served as the IT Director at Dell for over 16 years, where Elaine held various leadership positions such as Customer Experience Director and Global Order Fulfillment Director. Elaine has a strong educational background in Applied & Theoretical Statistics, Management, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
