Carmen Chavez

Carmen Chavez has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1995 at Leggett & Platt, where they held various roles such as Systems Analyst/Network Administrator, Developer/Systems Analyst, Jr. Developer/Imaging System Administrator/PC Specialist, and Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk. In 2009, they worked as an IT Consultant at The Women's Sports Foundation - GoGirlGo!. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Lead Data Systems Analyst at TekPro Services. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at SMBHD as a Salesforce Project Manager and Senior Salesforce Consultant. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Project Manager at Canpango. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, they were a Salesforce Service Delivery Manager at Ascend Technologies, and is currently a Senior Manager at SMBHD.

Carmen Chavez obtained a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University between 1996 and 2000. In 2017, they received a Certified Scrummaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
