SMC Consulting Engineers provides Consultancy, Engineering and Construction supervision services for complex Infrastructure projects. 
Our core of expertise is civil, coastal and marine engineering (ports, harbors, O&G marine terminals, cruise terminals, …). SMC does also have strong references in civil engineering for bridges, underground metro stations, aerial metro stations and buildings. 
Our services range from early studies and master planning, due diligence and feasibility studies, basic design and preparation of tender documents, detailed design and construction supervision.
Our clients are private or public Projects Developers (working as Owner’s engineer) or Contractors (working as Designer, proposing optimized design at tender stage and detailed stage).
