Melanie Steck

Melanie Steck has extensive experience in credit and collections, currently serving as a Credit and Collections Analyst at SMC Electric since December 2007, where responsibilities include customer support, invoicing, credit account setup, and collections. Prior to this role, Melanie held positions as a Store Manager at Changes, a Legal Assistant at Askinosie Law Firm, and owned Serenity Bodywork and Skincare. Melanie's educational background includes an Esthetician degree from Missouri College of Cosmetology and studies at Missouri State University, as well as a high school diploma from Hillcrest High School.
