With over a decade of successful experience managing Human Resource functions in multiple roles across organizations ranging from services to software to emerging markets, Gayathri helps support the company’s business growth through leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. She has worked with leaders across many lines of business to build and manage Human Resource organizations that reflect and support their dynamic business needs.

In her current role as Senior Manager, HR, Gayathri is responsible not only for recruiting the best and the brightest talent but also for ensuring that employees flourish as a part of the company's family and culture. Gayathri holds a degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Human resources from Bangalore.
