Andrea Sheader

Andrea Sheader currently serves as Assistant Marine Manager at Specialist Marine Consultants (SMC) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea gained substantial experience in the marine industry as First Officer and Officer of the Watch (OOW) on a private yacht from November 2016 to July 2021, and as Second Officer on a super yacht from January 2015 to November 2016. Andrea began the career as a Deck Officer Cadet with Vroon Offshore Services Ltd from February 2012 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Adventure Recreation and Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed between 2003 and 2006, followed by further studies at South Tyneside College from 2011 to 2013.
