With a degree in Business Management from the University of South Wales, Richard has held various roles at companies such as Siemens Energy, GEV Group, and OFFSHORE ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED before becoming the Operations Director - Blades at Specialist Marine Consultants (SMC) in October 2023.
