Nathalie Malavoy

Nathalie Malavoy currently serves as the Global HR & Sustainability Director at SMCP, overseeing human resources for over 6,400 employees across four brands since December 2017. Prior to this role, Nathalie was the HR Director and Chief Talent & Transformation Officer at Publicis Media France from October 2013 to September 2017, managing a team of 12 HR business partners and experts. Nathalie's earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Director at L'Oréal's ecommerce branch from 2010 to 2013 and as Communication Manager at Lycée Français de Singapour in 2001. Nathalie's educational background includes a Licence et Maîtrise in Institutional Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, a DESS in Change Management & Communication from IAE Aix-en-Provence, and a Licence in History from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
