Carlo Yu Guray

Carlo Yu Guray is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Director for Property Investment at SM Development Corporation since January 2020 and as Chief Executive Officer of 88Prime Builders and Realty Corp. since September 2022. Carlo also co-owns Prime Real Estate Manila and operates 88G Automobiles, both established in July 2019. Prior to these roles, Carlo held the position of Senior Associate Sales Director at SMDC The Good Guys! for a decade and worked as a Processing Executive at HSBC for over six years. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Arts from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, obtained in 2002, and completed earlier education at Colegio San Agustin-Makati.
