Idham Ismas

Idham Ismas is an experienced Human Capital Business Partner at SME Bank Malaysia, specializing in human resource advisory and consultancy to enhance talent capabilities and organizational culture. Prior to this role, Idham worked at CAE as a Human Resources Generalist, leading talent sourcing and recruitment initiatives across various levels. Idham began a career in HR at the International University of Malaya-Wales, where responsibilities included recruitment, compensation management, and training program development. Earlier experience includes a position as an IT Lecturer at Bostonweb College of Technology and Management, teaching various ICT subjects. Idham holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Open University Malaysia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.
