Shuhaibahtulaslamiah Hurmuzan serves as the Group Chief Human Capital Officer at SME Bank Malaysia since June 2022. Prior to this role, Shuhaibahtulaslamiah held the position of General Manager of Human Resource and Corporate Services at Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad from October 2010 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing the Property Divisions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Earlier experience includes serving as SEA Head of Development & Training at adidas Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and as Human Resource Manager for Asia Pacific at Xyratex. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from UiTM.
