Mindaugas Mikalajūnas

Mindaugas Mikalajūnas is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as a Board Member at Uniqum Capital and as CEO of smeGo since July 2016, Mikalajūnas has played a pivotal role in financing over €1.9 billion to more than 4,000 SMEs across Europe through smeGo, a pan-European financial service platform. Mikalajūnas was also a Board Member at SME Bank, the first neoBank in Lithuania, from October 2021 to January 2023. Prior to these roles, Mikalajūnas held the position of Project Manager at Swedbank from September 2008 to July 2016, where recognition as one of the best-performing employees was achieved. Mikalajūnas holds an MBA from ISM University of Management and Economics and a BBA from Vilnius University.
