Lauren Goff

Lauren Goff, PRC has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lauren currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at S&ME, a national engineering and construction services firm. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the same company. Prior to joining S&ME, Lauren held various roles at CCG IQ, including Technical Recruiting Manager, Technical Recruiter, and Sourcing Specialist. Lauren also has experience as a Claims Coordinator at CCG IQ. Additionally, they have worked as a Catering Sales & Events Manager at Ballantyne Country Club, an Assistant Event Coordinator at Myers Park Country Club, and an Event Planner at the U.S. National Whitewater Center.

Lauren Goff pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington during the period 2004-2008. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS, an ADP company, in June 2023.
