Robert Tolley

Robert Tolley has extensive experience in the field of construction and property sciences. Robert began their career at LFUCG as a corrections officer, overseeing inmate populations. Robert then worked at QORE Property Sciences as a field technician, where they obtained several certifications and gained experience in observing building processes. Tolley later joined S&ME, Inc. as an ICC Special Inspector and Senior Technician, working on various construction projects and performing nuclear density testing. In their most recent role at S&ME, Tolley served as a Senior Technician 4/Lead Inspector, responsible for laboratory testing of concrete, asphalt, and soils, as well as non-destructive testing of bridge components and roadway systems.

Robert Tolley attended Henry Clay High School from 1981 to 1984. Robert did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Level 1 Construction Materials Testing/Soils and Level 1 Transportation Engineering Technology/Highway Materials from NICET in 2015, as well as various other certifications related to construction and engineering from different institutions in subsequent years.
