Jeff Fuchs

Jeff Fuchs is an accomplished instructor specializing in Lean Curriculum for the Certified Public Manager Program at the University of Baltimore since July 2014. Fuchs serves as an Excellence Award Assessor for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and holds a position on the Board of Examiners for the Shingo Institute, promoting operational excellence through Lean methodologies. As the Founder and President of Neovista Consulting, LLC, Fuchs leads a firm focused on organizational transformation and operational efficiency. Furthermore, Fuchs has contributed to the development of the Lean Certification system through participation with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and has served on the Board of Directors for Open Works Baltimore, a community development platform. Previously, Fuchs acted as Executive Director of the Maryland World Class Consortia and held the position of Commission Chairman for the Maryland Advisory Commission on Manufacturing Competitiveness. Fuchs earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
