Norm Nopper

Norm Nopper, MA, is an accomplished author, speaker, and managing director with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Varanor International and President of Lakeport Metalcraft Inc., Norm oversees product commercialization and intellectual property protection. As co-chair of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers' Creativity and Innovation Special Tech Groups, Norm promotes the transition from innovation to market success. An advocate for business innovation and inclusion, Norm contributed to the Economic Policy Advisory Committee in Ontario. With a background in management training and development, including roles at Magna International and various entrepreneurial ventures, Norm holds a Master’s in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
