Franck Solacroup

Franck SOLACROUP currently serves as the Directeur général des services at SMEAG - Syndicat Mixte d'Études et d'Aménagement de la Garonne since November 2023. Prior to this role, Franck SOLACROUP held various leadership positions at agence de l'eau Adour-Garonne from May 2012 to November 2023, including Directeur de délégation territoriale for Toulouse and Rodez, where responsibilities encompassed institutional representation, team management, and technical and financial support for local actors. Franck SOLACROUP also directed the department of resources en eau, milieux aquatiques et agriculture, focusing on water resources management, biodiversity, and local development across 26 departments, as well as overseeing the department for planning-programming-prospective and evaluation, managing a multiannual intervention program.
