Sharon Vinu

Sharon Vinu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sharon currently works at sMedia as a Customer Support Specialist - Project Manager, starting in December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Grouptek from 2013 to 2018. At Grouptek, they held two roles: VB.NET Developer and Client Relations & Administrative Officer. Before that, they completed an internship as an Application Developer at Mala Designers in 2012. Sharon also completed internships at Indian Arts Bureau and Al-Babtain Group in 2012 and 2011 respectively, both as an Application Developer.

Sharon Vinu pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Systems from Dr.G.R.Damodaran College of Science between the years 2008 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. These include Introduction to Data Analytics from Simplilearn in January 2023, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in November 2022, Administrative Skills and Customer Services from ELC eLearning College in December 2021, Digital Skills: Social Media from Accenture in December 2021, I.E.L.T.S from the British Council in August 2017, and Advanced Diploma In Computer Hardware Maintenance from Bharathiar University in April 2011. Furthermore, they obtained various Google certifications such as Shopping ads Certification, Google Ads - Measurement Certification, Google Ads Apps Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, and Google Ads Search Certification between January and February 2022.
