Adrian Cighi

Adrian Cighi is the current Director of Software Development EU at Smedix. Prior to this, they served as Head of Project Management at Endava from April 2014 to December 2017. From January 2008 to March 2014, Adrian worked as a Project Manager and Delivery Manager at Yonder IT Solutions, where they were responsible for business development, managing the project life cycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Adrian has extensive experience in leading project teams and delivering high-quality products within committed time and budget. Adrian is skilled in customer relations and performance management, and is dedicated to continuous process improvement.

Adrian Cighi is a software engineer and project manager who graduated from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca with a degree in computer science.

Their manager is Florin Cighi, VP, Software Engineering EU & GM, Smedix Romania.
