Silvano Lancini

Silvano Lancini has extensive experience in management and technology, currently serving as President & General Manager at smeup since 2013. Prior to this role, Lancini was Presidente & AFC Manager at Smea from July 1988 to January 2013, focusing on group management control and process optimization. Early career accomplishments include serving as Development Manager at Seltering from October 1984 to June 1988, where Lancini coordinated the team that developed the innovative GIPROS product for small to medium Italian businesses. Additional experience includes working as a System Engineer at IBM and as an elementary school teacher, with a foundational role as a worker in anodized aluminum oxidation at COROXAL SRL. Lancini holds a degree in Mathematics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, obtained in 1981.
