Satrajit Kar

Satrajit Kar is a seasoned professional in the field of analytics and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Senior Vice President at SMFG India Credit since April 2025. Previously, Satrajit held the position of Chief Analytics Officer at Leobrix, where the focus was on Generative AI applications in banking and financial services. Satrajit also contributed to Tata Insights and Quants as Head of Analytics Services, overseeing analytical solutions for Tata Group companies and leading initiatives in Generative AI across various sectors. Previous roles include Senior Manager at FICO®, where strategic data solutions were developed for credit risk management, and an Assistant Manager position at GENPACT, focused on scoring solutions for collections. Satrajit holds an Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
