Hannah Masters currently serves as a Senior Client Manager at SMG since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from GIG Retail where roles included Client Partner for ASDA in Edible Grocery, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager. Throughout a tenure spanning nearly nine years at GIG Retail, Hannah played a crucial role in delivering strategic projects for global clients, managing significant media accounts, and collaborating closely with category teams to drive sales growth for Asda. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at REED, gaining skills in candidate recruitment and client management, as well as foundational roles in customer service and operations at The Rectory Hotel. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Liverpool and completed a digital marketing course through Squared Online.
