Jake Powell

Jake Powell is an experienced Business Analyst currently working at SMG since May 2024 and previously held a similar role at inCase™ from March 2018 to June 2024. Jake completed the Level 4 IS Business Analyst Apprenticeship with NowSkills. The role at inCase involved enhancing B2C communications and customer service for lawyers. Prior to these positions, Jake served as a Directors' Assistant and achieved Distinction in the Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with Damar Training. Additionally, Jake has been a qualified referee with Manchester FA since August 2013. Educational background includes attending Altrincham Grammar School for Boys and Urmston Grammar School.
