Jodie Verrall

Jodie Verrall has a diverse background in HR, having worked in various roles within different companies. Currently, Jodie is the People Director at SMG, overseeing a team of 10 individuals and working on strategies to enhance employee experience. Prior to this, Jodie held roles at Sytner Group and Skanska, where Jodie managed HR operations and recruitment campaigns respectively. Jodie also holds a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Qualification in HR from Avado.
