Shannon Prato has extensive work experience in the field of facility services and management. Shannon is currently the Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer at SMG Holdings, LLC and SMG Facility Services respectively. Prior to this, Shannon founded and served as the CEO of Servicecom USA, Incorporated for over 22 years.

Shannon Prato holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
